In 1992, Dingxiang County 921 Machinery Factory was born under the call of the times, which is the predecessor of Yuxin Casting and Forging, and it is also the place where dreams set sail. In the early days of entrepreneurship, although facing many difficulties and challenges, with the love and persistence of machinery manufacturing, we have gained a firm foothold in the industry step by step. In 2000, in line with the development trend of the times, Dingxiang County 921 Machinery Factory was restructured into Shanxi Yuxin Machinery Co., Ltd., which completed an important transformation in the development process of the enterprise. This restructuring has injected new vitality into the enterprise and laid a solid foundation for subsequent development.

In 2001, Shanxi Yuxin Machinery Co., Ltd. ushered in an important development opportunity, and established a joint venture with Australia Phoenix Metal Co., Ltd. to establish Shanxi Yuxin Casting and Forging Co., Ltd., and moved the plant to Zhuangli Industrial Zone, Dingxiang County, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. In the same year, the company successfully passed the ISO9001 system certification and PED AD2000 product certification (continuous renewal audit certificate is valid), marking that the company has reached international standards in quality management and product quality, and has begun to emerge in the international market. In 2008, the company further expanded the production scale, and the 5,000-ton flange production line was expanded and put into operation, covering an area of 30,400 square meters. This expansion not only increased the company's production capacity, but also strengthened the company's competitiveness in the market to meet the growing market demand.

In 2009, the company had its own registered trademark, which not only enhanced the company's brand image, but also laid a solid foundation for product marketing and brand building. In 2014, after years of accumulation and development, the company's production capacity has achieved a qualitative leap, reaching 10,000 tons, and its influence in the industry has been further expanded.

In 2019, Shanxi Yuxin Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. was restructured into Shanxi Yuxin Casting and Forging Co., Ltd., realizing the upgrading of the organizational form of the enterprise. In the same year, the company passed the VD TUV 350/3 material certification, which is a high recognition of the company's raw material quality control, and further improves the product quality. In 2020, the company continued to make efforts in material certification and successfully passed the VD TUV 399/3 material certification, which once again demonstrated the company's strict standards and excellent ability in material quality control.
