Mr. Li Baoyu, born in Zhonghuo Village, Dingxiang County in 1941, is a senior economist with great foresight and pioneering spirit. He began his career in 1959 and has since held a number of key positions. He used to be the director of the Department of Industry and Communications of Dingxiang County Handicraft Industry Administration, the deputy director of Dingxiang County Brick and Tile Factory and Refractory Factory, and also successively served as the director and party branch secretary of Dingxiang County Heater Factory, the director and secretary of the Party branch of Dingxiang County Distillery, and the executive deputy director of the preparatory department of Dingxiang County Soda Ash Plant. In these positions, he has accumulated rich experience in industrial management and made indelible contributions to the industrial construction and development of the county.

In 1991, Mr. Li Baoyu retired from his leadership position, but he did not choose to enjoy his old age, but actively exerted his spare energy. In 1992, with his love for industry and keen market insight, he founded Dingxiang County 921 Machinery Factory and served as the factory director, which is the predecessor of Shanxi Yuxin Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. At that time, the forging industry was highly competitive, but Mr. Li Baoyu firmly believed that with high-quality products and honest business philosophy, Dingxiang County 921 Machinery Factory would be able to gain a foothold in the market. In the early days of entrepreneurship, there were many difficulties. Lack of funds, poor equipment, lack of technical personnel, every problem is like a mountain in front of Mr. Li Baoyu. However, he did not back down, and ran around to raise funds, personally participated in the selection and commissioning of equipment, and actively recruited technical talents. He often said: "Quality is the life of an enterprise, and reputation is the soul of an enterprise." Under his leadership, the factory has gradually developed from a small factory with a small name to a local forging enterprise with a certain scale.

In 2000, Mr. Li Baoyu ushered in an important turning point in the development of the enterprise. He established Shanxi Yuxin Casting and Forging Co., Ltd., a joint venture with Phoenix Metal Co., Ltd. of Australia, and served as the chairman and general manager. This cooperation not only brings advanced technology and management experience to the enterprise, but also opens the door to the international market. With years of industry experience and outstanding leadership skills, Mr. Li Baoyu has led the company to quickly emerge in the international market.   • Mr. Li Jinhu, born on September 11, 1962 in Zhonghuo Village, has a college degree and is an engineer. He has rich work experience, from the electrician team leader and workshop director of Dingxiang County Heater Factory, to the deputy director of the factory, and then to the director of the light industry machinery factory, each position has allowed him to accumulate rich practical experience.
  • From 2000 to 2006, he served as the deputy general manager of Shanxi Yuxin Casting and Forging Co., Ltd., where he learned and grew by Mr. Li Baoyu. In 2007, Mr. Li Jinhu took over as the chairman and general manager of Shanxi Yuxin Casting and Forging Co., Ltd., and since 2020, he has been the chairman and general manager of Shanxi Yuxin Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. Forging air hammers, cutting machines, CNC drilling rigs, natural gas forging furnaces, various CNC lathes, 50 tons of heat treatment furnaces, 2m CNC ring rolling mills, 3000 tons of air hydraulic presses and other advanced equipment are readily available. With these equipment, the company has a strong production capacity, with an annual output of 10,000 tons of flanges and 2,000 tons of forgings, which can meet the large-scale procurement needs of customers at home and abroad.

The product range is rich, covering welding neck (WN), sliding sleeve (SO), blind plate (BL), thread (THRE), flat plate (PL), etc., with specifications from 1/2" (DN15) to 80" (DN2000), and can undertake non-standard flanges and forgings required by customers.
